Germany has always managed to go out of the group stage and even up to the quarterfinals in every World Cup so far...
They were 3rd in 2010 and 3-4th in 2012
Portugal has arguably the best player in the face of Cristiano Ronaldo and almost stopped Spain's dominance in the last Euro.
USA has a good and balanced team, but were not very lucky with the draft...
Ghana has nothing to lose and everything to win by getting some points off the favorites.
