50k hands is not a must. i wont kick your ass if u play 42500. however, sample size is crucial. and yeah, im mostly looking for full time pros. or at least ppl, who can dedicate 40 hours a week to it.
i myself had 2 studies running + played 50k++ hands/month 2 years ago. i know its possible. ofc we have to reduce parties, sleep and other nice things. but its impossible to become rly successful in poker without being incredibly dedicated.

as fulja said, your overall approach is important to me. not if u play 35, 50 or 75k hands/months.
that said, ofc it will be more difficult for u to get into the team, but if u think u would be a good choice for me, go ahead and send me an e-mail

So is this mainly aimed at people on microstakes? Since % of winnings obviously needs to be a lot lower when one's playing on higher stakes than nl10/25.

obviously the only %-figures that I've seen have been these (25-33% of winnings even on nl100 seems a lot):

"You should set it up so if someone plays more, then the percentage lowers that way you want to motivate people to play more. Something like if you play less than 60k hands a month, then 33% and if more than 100k 25%, and more than 150k 20% or something like that... And if someone plays more than 300k hands a month, 15% or something..."

yes mainly for micro stakes plrs. midstakes plrs can def. afford the 180$/hour for private coaching

however, i dont think 25-33% for nl100 is a lot. dont underestimate what u are going to learn + after the deal u can still use all that knowledge and make moniez (or even coach etc)

Heyho, so if some of us don't get in, there may be chance to re-apply in the future? (since you said this thing is like never ending atm). Like say we get rejected and then prove we are dedicated sicko grinders etc?

short update:

everybody who sends his/her application till tomorrow afternoon, will get an answer by friday. all others will probably not get an answer before next week wednesday.

for those who will be in: during the weekend we're going to discuss the deals and general questions + i'll invite u to our skype channel + u'll get the password for our internal forum to get things started.

monday or tuesday i will pull a 12-15 hour marathon coaching session. i want to get in touch with most/all of the new guys in the team. first coaching will be a live session of u playing and/or watching of a pre recorded video in case sb wants to record a session.
its more like a group coaching or so ♦ student and me talking about the hands, but other members can also tune in and listen and post some questions.
we'll use teamviewer or mikogo. and pls make sure u have a good headset.

in case i didnt pick one of the applicants for the group, pls dont be too disappointed. this project is a longterm one and u can apply again in some weeks/months.

first coaching session

i would like to get to know the whole group as fast as possible. u can already post hands or general questions here, but i also wanna do a coaching session very soon.

so the plan: monday, november 8: 12 am - 12 pm live coaching session in skype via teamviewer or mikogo (u should have both programs installed)
we will have group coachings the whole day. like sb volunteers to show his pre recorded video or play a live session. me and this student will talk, all other can/should listen and make notes, post questions afterwards. in theory its possible to coach everybody for 30 mins, but we'll see how many ppl rly have time and wanna use this first opportunity. all members are invited for this marathon session

in the future, there will be ofc 1on1 sessions as well as smaller group coachings (e.g. only hu plrs)

I have a few questions before I agree to this deal, I thought I would ask them here rather than over skype b/c other people probally have the same questions.
1) U said xx% of Winning+RB must be shared. I have already have xxx FPPs in my stars account but i am waiting till I have xxx FPPs to trade them for cash. How much money do u get? It would not make sense if u got xx% of the whole bonus b/c I earned many of the FPPs before the agreement.
2) Are there any players who play nl100+ FR b/c I dont want to be with complete micro players?
3) Does this cover all games or only a specific game type. Ie: My main game is FR online cash but I also play MTTs online and live cg. Are the MTTs and live cg included in this agreement?
4) Is it ok if we r not there for the entire coaching session on Monday b/c I do have uni.
5) When u talk about time are u talking GMT?

good questions, like a pro ♠_cool:

@ 1: ofc everything is yours until monday. all fpp till then are yours. e.g. if u have 100k points and bonus is u get for 150k points, then i get 1/3 of the bonus. screenshots for documentation and send them per mail. easy game.

@ 2: mostly low stakes plrs in the group. one 100 fr plr decided to rather book private coachings (which i think can be a better choice). so far not rly 100+ plrs. but some 100+ plrs told me they are very interested in skype. dunno when and if they'll apply tho.

@ 3: deal dependent. when i never coach u anything in mtts, never help u @ ft etc ... our deal is just cg. however, i would rly consider splitting your cg and mtt site then. cuz its very much work for us to track how much trny- buy-ins u had (with rebuy-trnys its even impossible to track imo) and then u have to deduct the mtt winnings etc. live cg is also not inclluded. but, the moment i feel like u put too much dedication into your mtt/live game stuff, the deal is over. ofc i need to see u are still dedicated for the main game which is part of the deal

@ 4: sure. i dont expect anybody to be able to follow for 12 hours. def also super sick marathon session for me. join whenever u have some time. maybe we can schedule in advance in forum who plays when, so u know when to tune in and when not
