1) check number of tables, fold vs reg call vs random
2) FUCK - i guess if your plan was to fold to a shove you should still do it anyway

Hahahaha, i just realized it. Smiling now like a small kid
Month update incoming!
I would be a little bit cautious about the fact that nl10 players squeeze very tight OOP as mentioned.
However assuming he is squeezing wide enough we will make profit by jamming 88 one way or the other. Either he'll fold too much and we make money - or he'll call too much and we'll still have significant equity vs his calling range.
Jamming can easily be higher EV than calling in many scenarios. By calling we are allowing villain to potentially realise a ton of free equity with any of his bluffs that would otherwise be in his fold-to-jam range. 88 also won't have great playability postflop. Also keep in mind that blockers are most relevant when our bluff is non-allin. With a non-allin bluff we don't realise our equity so focus purely on the type of blockers we have. When our 4bet is allin we will always realise our equity, so having great equity will easily compensate for not having a blocker.
The main issue with this line is that it generally won't be a line we bother to balance. Which makes the preflop shove fine in isolation but potentially problematic as part of an overall gameplan. This is not necessarily an issue at nl10 however.
Poker?
I will start with thanking w34z3l for dedicating his time for me. As usual very clear explanations and showing weak points in my game. He literally opened my eyes after we started working together. I feel like i have became more confident about my game.
Before i start going into monthly goals and other stuff i just wanted to show 1 hand. It turned out to be interesting for me. Villain is a regular. I was thinking that Kx and 7x would barrel. Also things like 87, FDs and other stuff missed. River seem to be biggest blank in Europe. What you think guys?

First week of January started like complete garbage. I was down like 20 BIs approximately. Then i decided to get coaching. Exchanged my points from last year and here we go. Still was rolled for nl25 but since i had to make improvements in my game i decided to play nl10. Also could run some crazy spew bluffs which were fun. Fun is one part of this game which we forget about sometimes.
As i mentioned one of the main goals was to play 50k hands. Guess what? We got some!
Spoiler

Feeling really good and proud about myself. As you can see this challenge is still active so it means my monitor is doing fine!
Interesting part is with new pokerstrategy changes. We still can post hands, but it feels really different than before. I really hope that coaches wont be lazy and new section "highlighted hands" will be quite active. If it will be like 1 hand highlighted per week then its really sad news. Lets see how it works out!
Poker wise month ended pretty well. Will have to think about aspects of my game i will focus in February. Also as i mentioned earlier i will get some more coachings. Cant wait for it!
I have no idea whats my bankroll at the moment but it doesn't matter too much. Will have to see how im doing now over larger sample (after weazels arrive) and then decide what to do.
Sports news
It just feels even more amazing. This month was pretty ass heavy. We decided to work a bit on my strength parameters. Its interesting to see that coaches has their own approach. Way different than my, its called experience i guess. Yesterday i was thinking in my head how im going to warm up before going for some weights, but then coach called completely different weights comparing to mine. I was pretty shocked, but i did what he told and it turned to work out insanely good!
From February we are going to drop down weights and work on my "strength stamina"?! As usual im not sure how to call it properly. That plan should be for around 2 months. After it we will go for like 4 weeks of strength training. Haha, everything seem to be planned for some reasonable period.
My girlfriend gifted me those. Gonna eat them!
Spoiler

Today my father has a birthday so the rest evening i will spend with my family!
If i have to compare which area was more successful - poker or sport? Hard to say. Will have to see what long term shows! ![]()
About goals in February? Will have to think about it, but probably will write about them in few next days. I would like to say thanks for those who read and respond. Hope its been interesting for you!

When you will start coaching me? ♦
This day was quite different from others. I went for a job interview which was really short and a bit funny. Not sure i want that job, but still. Some experience you know...
Yesterday was quite successful too. Improved my personal record in squatting for 1 rep.
My expectations were lower for around 5-10 kgs. I have no idea how the coach is calling weights, but he might be some magician. Will have to buy some small present for him since we are working together from November already.
These days i have been playing for around 2k hands per day. Not putting too much pressure on myself, but it seem to be okay. All sorts of ideas flying in my head. Haven't decided yet on what aspects i would like coach to take a look. Maybe any suggestions? Still from February i would like to get out:
:diamond:At least 50k hands (month is shorter);
:diamond:Add at least 1kg to body weight;
:diamond:Get some coachings;
:diamond:Find at least 5 reasonable coaching videos.
I have an interesting idea for one of the next posts. I hope you will like it.

Nice! You have a very clear way of explaining situations in poker that I find all too easy to over complicate. Thanks.

Well, sports wise im really impressed with my performance. Poker wise, i have improved some aspects of my game. Cant just talk about whole picture yet because of sample.
Now im 500$ away from nl50 which is 20 BIs. But i will spend some money for coaching so it will delay our nl50 shots.
Have been running like garbage lately. People throwing money in your face but jockerstars has other plans. I managed to play like 300h today and i was completely done. Just laughing now at it...
Today i was at some health consultation. They weighted me, measured my fat in body and so on. I'm just slightly off line so feeling good about it
Need to drink more water tho. Probably will have to add one more protein shake per day. After like month will have to cut down all tasty stuff. Candies, chocolate and other stuff you know
