I'm running pretty bad on NL100, so i will grind out the VPPs on zoom 50 and sometimes 8tabling 25-50, for around a week. I try to analyse my game, and learn a little bit, and go back. 666 VPP sor far for today

Around -2BI for today. I'm up around 200 bucks for the challenge now.

Today i will count as a rest day, but still played a little. I feel like i'm struggling a little bit, playing pretty bad and my schedule wasn't optimal for this challenge. So i try to modify it now

DAILY PLAN FOR WORK DAYS:

10:00 - 11:00 Get up / Morning Routine(meditate10-20m or yoga, breakfast, wake up chill a bit)
11:00 - 14:00 PokerLEARN with pauses (around 10-20m for 1 hour)
14:00 - 17:00 REGENERATION (nap, meditation, reading, relaxing, calisthenics training on traindays)
17:00 - 01:30 PokerPLAY with pauses (around 10-20m for 1-1.5 hour) or until i get the 1200 VPP done and i don't feel like playing pretty bad.

No, i'm just playing NL100 zoom only. In the morning i'm learning 3-6 hours, then i relax a little 2-3 hour, and play around 6 hour afternoon 4 tabling 100 zoom (i see how it's going and it can be i go 3 or 2 tabling too if i have a lot of time and energy to put in the hours :), or if it not going well) (somehow i just forgot to play well, need to get back in shape...:P)
