I think the only possible hand that villain beats you with here is AQ. I don't think he has any other Qs in his 3betting calling range.

Also I've been playing against you on FTP. I bluffed you a couple of times and you 3bet me quite a bit too ♦

After you check on the river villain might think he is good with two pair or may try to bluff with air. I would go for a call

I think I would prefer betting out river myself smt like 10$ and expect to get called two pairs rather than c/f river
Your hand seems to have too much showdown value to just c/f imo and a lot of times I think he is raising turn with straight, so you can consider c/c, although you´re behind then very often
