With top pair, it is reasonable to assume that he has sufficient equity.
By the time it gets to the river, the SPR is much less than one, and would be silly to fold, given that the A is often used as a scare/bluff card

Okay, I have a solver right? I don't even have to plug this one in to take a guess that, TT on UTG is a fold vs 3bet and 4bet with the initial 3bettor still to act. What a blunder.....

I think up to NL25 there is no real blunders, no real big preflop bluffs. IF someone 4bets it is 100% for value. There are some exceptions on regular tables when you constantly get 3bet, but that is probably limited to BU vs SB vs BB situations. Speaking of the following situation: you are BB and see SB 3betting a BU-steal. You know SB 3bets lightly because BU opens almost 100%. So... 4bet is profitable but... also here a 5bet is never a bluff.
