Yesterday evening's results aren't too shabby.

There's a Community Spring League going on at Unibet. The buy-ins are €5 which is too much for my current bankroll. There are some qualifiers that only cost you €0.05 tho. I won my 2nd ticket to participate in the '€300 Community Deepstack Turbo'.
The 1st ticket didn't worked out that well, but yesterday the tourney was going really smooth. Unfortunately I got sucked out on the river AQs < A8o, when my opponent hitted his 8 on the river. I stranded at 8th place on the FT just in the money. Too bad but turning €0.05 into €13.20 is nothing to complain about.

In the same tournament (€200 Deepstack Turbo R/A) that I won the day before yesterday I also reached the money and got 8th place aswell for €6.25 which is a fine result too. Can't really remember the hand that I lost.

The '€40 Nano Ice Age' and '€50 Fifty cent' are the two tourneys I try to play consistently the past month with overall good results. Yesterday I finished the Ice Age a few places out of the money on 11th place. For the Fifty Cent it was my 3rd cash of the evening in 3rd place for €7.26!!

4 tourneys and 3 times in the money with 2 final tables and the net profit of yesterday's poker was €22.71

I manage to double up my bankroll in the last 2 days which I'm pretty happy about it!!

For this evening I played 4 micro tournaments on Unibet.

Two of them went well, the other 2 a little less smooth. Although the €200 Deepstack Turbo R/A was looking promising but went downhill pretty quickly at some point.

Bounty tourney '€30 Classic PKO' I got FT and stranded in 4th place for €2.30+ €0.32
I only managed to eliminate 2 players tho
In the '€50 Fifty Cent' I also reached the FT and ended as runner-up. Not too bad but luck was not on my side.
My opponent eliminated the player in 3rd place and got the chiplead with 3.5/1.5
The cards weren't always in my favourite although I doubled up once closing the gap a bit with 3/2.

The final hand I had A9s and first to act. I minraise and my opponent shoves all-in. No way I can get away.
Second place for €9.87 still good and nothing to complain about!

Had some rebuys/add-on ... so a modest net-profit of €6.49!!

Bankroll Unibet = €146.65

Busy evening yesterday! I registered myself for 7 tournaments. Well ... two of them were flip qualifiers for the Community Spring League event at Unibet. Unfortunately I didn't manage to qualify for the €5 main tournaments.
A buy-in of €5 is just too big for my current bankroll so it was a hard pass!

For the rest the usual other tournaments with a somewhat funny, foolish occurrence on the '€40 Nano Ice Age'.
I was actually not yet fully set to focus entirely on my monitor and was busy handle things off away from my PC when I noticed I was dealt AKo, the decision making timer was already passed half and in a panic move I click the 'all-in' button and made the bet. With properly focussing on the table I wouldn't have done that but anyway I got a call from QJo, and the board handed him a Q. Now, even when this player would have wanted to play this hand hard the chips would have ended up in the middle preflop anyway. The hand left me broke with 175 chips. I managed to double up 2x but execution was near.

Unfortunately I had to rebuy again 2 times In the '€200 Deepstack Turbo R/A' and was not happy about it as it is the most expensive tournament I play currently, with obviously the biggest prizes. I couldn't put my mark on that tournament again sadly.
With one table less because of my fast exit in the Ice Age, I decide to register for a other tournament '€30 Hyper Classic PKO' with a runtime of +/- 1h15, which was still managable at the time.

In the turbo '€30 Classic PKO' it went alright but nothing major happened and got eliminated in 17th out of the money but with €0.82 for the bounties!
The '€50 Fifty Cent' went extremely good. I managed to grab the chiplead early on in the tournament and stayed in the high end position area for the entire tournament. This tournament went so smooth that I played the Hyper PKO a bit on auto-pilot, but kept track with the average chipcount.
I reached the FT for both tournaments, and honestly I had a hard time focussing and playing well on both because they were full of action. I started the €30 Hyper Classic PKO' final table fairly shortstacked but managed to work my way up, eliminating the players 1 en 2 who had chiplead at the start of the FT. When we were heads-up I had a massive chiplead and it was already a done deal unless I would start running extremely bad. I won the tournament for €4.55 + €4.92 off the bounties.

In the '€50 Fifty Cent' I started the FT as chipleader and got to HU with some bumps. When only 3 players were left I lost a big pot with KQo < KK, leaving me as the bottom stack behind. A quad 8's against a full house got me back and when we reached the HU phase I had a demanding lead of 3-1.5! I got to 3.7-0.8 but he was a fighter and came back. It was a nerve-racking endgame but got again on top of the player's list for €14.52!

Two victories and multiple bounty cashes in the other one of the 5 regular tournaments I played yesterday. Not too shabby at all!! The net profit of the evening was €18.22!

P.S. Anyone has some suggestions for tournament play study material? Not really the beginner stuff - a little more advanced and 2023 a-like.

Good busy!

For tournaments nothing to report. It's been 7 sessions where I had a evening without any cashes.

Below my last hand of the tournament evening and a bit representative how overall the session went.

I was not done for the evening, but didn't feel like registering for another tournament and decided to play some 2NL Zoom on Pokerstars. I'm with a few of you in a Dutch/Belgian Discord group and I already shared some hands there. I can definitely work on my cashgame skills, that's for sure!

My question was here if I had overplayed my hand. The overall consent was 'yes' with me being the non aggressor.

More about the betsizing in this hand, what was fine I believe. Just no followers ...

Hand 3
Looking afterwards I think it was a mistake to X-RR on the turn and the sizing was maybe too much?! I feel the 7♠: on the turn is a pretty bad card for me. Although with his stats (VPIP 25% PFR 25% 3bet 50% over 12 hands - which is small I know) I still have an advantage over his range. I think I missed some value in this hand.

I didn't report my last session before yesterday's session but there was nothing much to report as I just played +/-break-even.

Yesterday I tried to qualify once more for the last Community Spring League on Unibet. No luck on my side tho and I didn't score a €5 ticket for the main tourney.
I registered for the usual tournaments on Unibet, plus I decided to play 1 tournament on GGpoker. The tournaments went pretty good. I got myself on top in the '€50 Fifty Cent' and above for '€40 Nano Ice Age' in the early stage. Can't really remember the hand where I lost in the Fifty Cent but I do remember I got river'd, stranding 3 places for the money. In the '€200 Turbo Deepstack R/A' it went ok, but not fantastic - just always at the average, or below average chipcount. Ended at place 20 still fairly far away from the money.
I reach the Final Table for '€40 Nano Ice Age', and got on top of that tournament for €11.61 - it might be change for some of you guys, but it's going up /

On GGpoker I registered for the 'Daily Big $1' - nothing really spectacular happened and stranded at place 83 of 1445 for $3.06! It was my first experience on GGpoker and straight away a cash. Had some troubles along the way with the software malfunctioning and it forced me to restart my entire PC, which made me miss KK on the final table on Unibet just by a second but in the end it worked out fine anyway!!

Bankroll GGpoker = $102.06 (start $100)

I played a bit of Zoom last week on Pokerstars, not that much but still going up / - what was the idea in the end!!

On April 30, I had 2 cashes - a 4th and runner-up place, good for resp. €3.42 and €10.16.
Yesterday I didn't ran that well but managed to get money in 3 out of 6 tournaments I played, making a bit of profit on Unibet but am down on the GGpoker BR with almost $1.

A friend on Discord told me about Jurojin software tool to tile the tables nicely when playing on multiple sites.
Six active tables is for me just too much I can handle. When I busted on the Fifty Cent and Daily Big both for the 2nd time I decided not to rebuy anymore for them to slow the pace.
