Next week seems to be quite cold as well with just few degrees on plus side possibly with some rain so could use for study as well.

Some interesting spots today in second session. I thought about doing some session review type recording going through some of the hands. Perhaps kind of more interesting as live session as sometimes you just basically fold for half hour in those 
I also renewed mastermind subscription so can check some spots from gto view and perhaps mix in some training for some of the spots.
Also if someone is not aware you can train some basic preflop spots with skills feature for free in mastermind. Solid way to get those default open raise ranges in solid form.
Well rake cap is halved in 2-3 handed but I think it's still on high side. I rarely play HU if I don't assume big edge on opponent. Otherwise only if I assume villain is not solid reg and there are no other tables available.
Had pretty nice rakeback realisation today playing two 50€ husng with shop points and won both.
This was maybe bit disrespectful call. I wonder what would be bottom of reasonable value range here? I minraise pre and it goes checked to river.
Omaha session went down bit. This bluff might have been questionable though seems like reasonable from theory view. Open BU, cbet 1/3 flop, 3/4 turn and pot river. Though it seems like trainer prefers half pot on turn.

Eg. trainer 3b lots of smallpair suited to the Ahi.
It doesnt make sense to 3b that vs some one who nevr folds pre? And maybe loose sb and bb.
Whats your take on that? Would be nice if you could show in trainer. Thx

Solver likes to 3bet those indeed very aggressively but the EV goes down quickly when fe decrease. So I would be more selective with them as default line. Also even in solver 3betting those are usually just slightly higher EV compared to call (or fold versus tighter range). I could do some training video and check that more accurately.

Checked this 100bb deep in trainer and it would just call. Not first time I have noticed this especially without made hand component. I think even AJT9 with nfd was just calling. Well opponent here had been quite often making these pot leads but had not seen any showdowns.
Did have exact 50/50 flip but we might also sometimes be in worse shape versus combo draws with higher fd or some other combo hands.
Woot played 0.2€ hexapro extreme just for lols so to say. Funny thing on those seems to be that lowest reward is 0.2€. Don't know how often that comes but kind of nasty to play just for chance to get buyin back imo. I suspect it's lot of time as that's where the rake is taken.
Took it down and won 0.6€ though. 
i have tried also sportsbetting and casino section on 888. sportsbetting is more scary, i think i put 100$ on Real Madrid to win a match with odds of 1,4. casino i played for smaller sums just for fun. i don't think it is something you should do, it just puts things in another perspective. especially the casino games.
Yeah only way you want to really play slots etc. is if you get free spins or you are grinding bonus that make the slot EV on plus side. Even with marginally plus EV bonus deal variance can probably be quite high.
Well of course you can argue of getting some enjoyment from playing slots and thrill of possible win. But personally I would use that money to some other form of enjoyment. But each have their opinion obviously.
Yeah like imagine you are a poker player and then you go to casino in Vienna but start to play only the arcade slot machine or whatever and lose it all to some Egyptian character drawn on screen of that machine. That would be quite bad.
