nobody can give you an answer to this hand without stats. the flop decision is based solely on BBs and COs stats. if they are ubernits this is even foldable, if they are random donks its an easy 3bet...

Like epithaph mentioned,These stakes already require some info on the players(reads or stats at least) since it really matter against who you play.

I would assume that players are decent (TAGGY/LAGGY) I would put them on something like this preflop:

Note that These are assumptions I make against good players since they will be much looser as action takes place in late positions.

Now lets look when CO raises flop:

BB bets his whole range here so you are obviously o.k. against this. CO on the other hand has a lot of Tx hands or FDs or other semibluffs,worse pockets or sometimes even overcards(like AK) and you are still very fine...so...3way this is even better as you are far way above fairshare here and you should go for 3bet trying to protect or gain value.When capped I would calldown as they will still have draws,or even something like JJ/AT often enough

In such spots remember that u want to win in LONGTERM! So most of the times u are against some big pair, considering preflop and flop action and u can`t beat anything, even TT now beats you.

Youy are marginaly ahead here maby in 1 out of 4 or 5 times. If u will call down them every time, u will end up loseing money. If you fold here one time, you get away with minimal damage

This way of thinking is not the best. Like I said these ranges are set for good players and these guys may indeed be tighter but may also have some other irrational hands.

Sure we are hoping to win longterm(every decition is about that:) ) and we are are ahead far more than just 20% you mentioned. If anything we are fairshare here(33%) and even that is enough to go for 3bet trying to kick CO out and gaining some additional equity.

When you say that when we fold winner here we end up wth small damage is again fallse since pot is pretty big and we give up a big chunk of it.
And also when we have a looser we are still not completely dead(we still have some equity with 2 clean outs+BDFD+BDSD) so even then its not hopeless.
