Preflop: Hero is BB with A♠, 9♥
3 folds, BU calls, SB folds, Hero raises, BU calls.

Flop: (4.40 SB) 3♥, 3♦, 2♦ (2 players)
Hero bets, BU raises, Hero calls.

I should have 3Bet on this spot. It's unlikely that he has a 3 or 2 with 22 preflop raise. I'm way ahead of his range.
Turn: (4.20 BB) A♦ (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets, Hero raises, BU 3-bets, Hero calls.

After the 3Bet, i need 16.4% to calldown. The problem is that i have no idea what his range is with 44 vpip. I am most likely behind since the flush just completed but I don't think i can fold in this spot because that would be too weak.
River: (10.20 BB) Q♠ (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 12.20 BB

I think my problem is that on the flop, i should have 3Bet-calldown or 3Bet, CBet-calldown turn.

3bet flop is not a good option. a good thing is that you don't give a freecard and charge a flushdraw the max but if he does have a pair you are crushed and with 44 vip he could have some x3 x2 combinations in his range and he could have so many hands that are just nothing like T9 and you don't want to bring those hands to fold but you want them to keep bluffing through. since he looks a little unreasonable due to the huge VPIP i don't like folding the turn but would have called it down either. not much to do about it. you played it correctly!
