This situation is either a push or a check situation... so you should never raise.. only push or check...

Depending on your reads on this player.. how often he completes the sb.. how much he'll fold to your shove and so on...
With these reads you gotta adapt your pushing range.. and I'm pretty sure I would shove Q5o against most players here if I'm shoving into him for the first time.. It's gonna be good immediate profit..
If you think he'll call your all in with a wide range of hands or that he only completes strong hands in the sb you should check here..
