I have a total of 250 hands on this villian, out of all the hands Ive played against him I cant remember him donking against me, usually he just calls me down, so to me his bet was totally out of character, hence my fold.

Analysing the hand later I seen his donk bet v pfr stat of 45% so not sure what to think now. Possible FD but at time I thought he had hit trip 3s.

Question: Should I have called the pot size turn bet possibly a river bet with my over pair, or was my fold correct.

Hello denetomtom,

Unfortunately there is not much to do, the guy is pretty passive. Most likely I would also take rather passive line and fold here. Nice hand!

Best Regards.
