No matter how your oponent plays(VPIP,PFR,AF,WTSD,...) principle of thought process should be the same for all players.... you try to put them on range and then think of the best line with what you are holding.
Betting turn is totally fine since you are basically betting for value.Bad player will call this flop very very wide and Im double barrelling here with practically my entire range. If he raises you have to call at least once though.
River is the tricky spot. Im not saying that betting is terrible but you should know why you are doing it! If it is as a bluff it is terrible and if its for thin value against other Ax hands then it might actually be good.
If you are doing it as a bluff,which better hands you think will fold.If he has 23 which is exactly next in line Im pretty sure he never folds it.And if he doest fold the worst one he will never fold anything better.
If it is for thin value Im might be good since he should have quite a decent amount of Ax in his range and this player is most certainly capable of calling most of these down. On the other hand there are not that many 6x,2x in MP2 limping range and Qx would very often raise at some point...so % of Ax is not that small. All in all its a fine line but I would preffer a bit of a history with the guy.
As default I would preffer checking and calling a bet.He should still have a decent amount of draws which he might turn into a bluff and also passive players have a tendency of not valuebeting you enough so you can expect a checkback from a hand like K6,77 quite often even though valuebetting is quite easy.
