Either squeeze/Fold or just fold it directly. I don't like that much playing AQo and also being OOP in a multiway pot. You just way too often gonna face marginal spots.

AQs is much better hand to play in multiway pot. But most likely I'd also squeeze/fold with AKo.

Being in HU pot most likely I wouldn't do that. Then we can as well Call and play postflop. But obviously 3bet/Folding is another option.
