Well, without even knowing the opponent it's really hard to Call there. I doubt that his calling range is going to be a lot worse here. Most likely had you beat and you made a good fold.

Why should it be? You may easily Check there non-made hands as well and give up. How can that be exploitable? Well, most likely nope unless I expect him being really loose, since you wont get 2 streets of value from him by betting the turn & river. KK/QQ is not possible and only set we are afraid is 44.

Well, kinda answered already the question. Since we wont get value 2 streets I'd most likely Check the turn.
