PokerStars - $0.25 PL Hi (6 max) - Omaha Hi - 5 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: $12.89
SB: $26.86
BB: $34.69
UTG: $26.42
Hero (CO): $25.00

SB posts SB $0.10, BB posts BB $0.25

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.35) Hero has A♠ A♦ T♥ 2♠

fold, Hero raises to $0.85, BTN calls $0.85, SB calls $0.75, fold

Flop: ($2.80, 3 players) 3♣ Q♠ 8♣
SB checks, Hero bets $2.00, BTN calls $2.00, fold

Turn: ($6.80, 2 players) 5♠
Hero bets $4.86, BTN calls $4.86

River: ($16.52, 2 players) 4♦
Hero checks, BTN bets $5.18 and is all-in, Hero calls $5.18

Flop is fairly standard, I bet turn again for value since I also pick up a NFD and a gutshot (I suppose Qxxx, FD or non-top 2 pair will call this flop), on the river I decide to c/c to induce a bluff from a busted FD.

If turn is for value, I would bet full pot. I can't see any reason not to bet full pot, as that's what you would do with QQxx too? River check-call is the best line imo, as he won't pay you off with a missed draw. At least this way you give him a chance to make something stupid.

Everything looks fine to me though I agree with betting bigger on the turn. I think aces are good here a lot. I wouldn't expect villain to be so passive on a draw heavy board with a big made hand.
