Hi,

you´re a littlebit deep, but imo that is not reason why you should try to get away your middle set. I think 64s is quite rare- he can have there A4s, but being deep, he may also semibluff with hearts/spades or raise for value 33/75s.
Consider the strength of my hand and that players would often not shove with nuts (but rather bet half pot) I would c/c river
