Nice preflop and flop.Imho you should build bigger pot on turn like 2/3 pot size bet and 2/3 pot size bet on river or all in.It depends on your opp,think what sum he can pay you off.Strange but many of low limits guys paying 2/3 pot size bet even seeing that you are pot committed but not paying push.You can put him AJ,rarely AQ.Unlikely AA because he can limp but he would be more active in betting.If your opp is very aggressive especially on river you can check river hoping his big bet and raise or call after.

I normally follow the nice, plain rule on lower limits with nuts:

flop: pot / push
turn: pot / push
river pot so maybe finally push

It's so easy and profitable. Try using it, I guarantee you'll do well.

About the pot size bet: I know the basic articles say 2/3, but they are related to cbet situation. In unraised pot just bet pot.
