only 45hand but I saw few showdown, he stacks somewhat light(e.g. toppair+3rdFD in single raisepot), and flop cb is near 100%.

Which type hand can I call in this situation?

I would like to say that with nothing. Cold-calling 3bets oop isn't something you really want to do. I would raise or fold there with most of my hands. The best hands for calling are some strong rundowns.

Folding is fine here, some of your cards are likely dead plus you're not closing the action so there is a chance you will get reraised if you cold call. Once you add to all this the face that you will be out of position on the flop it's fine to fold preflop here.

Sucks because your hand is one that you would like to see the flop with, but you've been priced out.
