What would you do? Is folding too weak? Villain is 3betting 9% , but facing a UTG raise I guess he is much tighter...
choose between call and 4bet. i don't like 4bet given your reads, a call is best imo. and of course go broke on any ace or king.
3-betting 9% is pretty loose, even when you diminish the percentage a little bit (because you raised UTG), to let's say 6%, you're still ahead with AK. Therefore, folding is absolutely out of the question.
So the choice is: call or 4-bet.
I don't like to play AK OOP in a 3-bet pot when I was not the preflop aggressor, because it's hard to get paid off. I like a 4-bet to ~31$, because this looks immensely strong and he probably folds JJ-, perhaps even QQ.
Downside of that is that if he shoves, you will have to call (because you're getting sufficient odds against QQ+ and AK), so it's a high variance play.
OFF-TOPIC: Where do you see villain's % for 3-betting? I'm using PT, never knew about it. Just have PFR.
