      SB ($108) 21/16/2.1/26 on 1k hands
      BB ($65.90) 32/21/4.9/11
      UTG ($53)
      Hero ($100)
      BTN ($108)

      Dealt to Hero Q:heart: Q:club:

fold, Hero raises to $4, fold, SB calls $3.50, BB calls $3,

      FLOP ($12) 9:club: 4:diamond: 9:diamond:

SB bets $11, BB folds, Hero folds,

My fold seems very weak, but i thought if i raise here then i play for stacks and i don't have the equity for that, because of the possible 9x hands. If i just call and he fires again on the turn i would have hard time to find out if i can call. And i probably have to fold if any Ace or diamond come on the turn or river.
So i figured out i would lose more in the long run if i play this hand, so i folded. I don't know if it's okay or a big mistake. I think there should be some situations where you should fold your strong hand cause it can cause you bigger trouble if you play it, i just don't know if this is a situation like that.
What special stats would you look at here to decide how to play against this villain?

Thanks in advance for any comments,

I like your fold, often enough they have here 9x.
Against very loose and aggressive player I would probably raise flop and getting it all-in
All the other cases fold is better.
