good question. I also only got the information from the news but I'm on it. Stay tuned.
€dit: from what I can tell you just have to enter your username in your profile that's it.
"To conclude, you simply have to tell us the name of your player account. To do so, enter the name in the bonus overview. The money will then be transferred to you automatically within the next days."

i thought that the mods may not know becuase they will only have got the info at probably the same time we did. I guess your right, i entered it through the link in the news article which i think just went straight to the overview.
