well that's the only hand beating you and you are crushing everything else and even against TJ you are not that far behind. don't be results oriented about this hand.

preflop: I would raise 3xbb not 4xbb but I guess 4x is not bad.
flop: bet/push is good of course.

SnG strategy articles tell me that my raise should be 4BB + BB for everyone who enters the pot, but that's not the point. I bet 1400, making the pot odds 1:2. For my opponent to call he would need to have at least 15 draws or an OESD and flushdraw, which is not possible. Instead of folding he doubled my bet, making the pot odds 1:4 for me. Shouldn't I assume my opponent already had a made hand (since he raised) and shouldn't I fold the hand instead since I had only 7 outs and my odds would be 7:38 or 1:5.5?

any preflop raise should be around 3bb + 1 pre player in pot , as blinds go up around 2.5bb is enough & even less when blinds are high

you dont want to give information about your hand when you raise and doing this it gives you a chance to get away from hands if reraised

freerolls & low buy-ins tend to raise bit more preflop because standard of players in them so your raise is fine , on flop some would slow play sets & on higher buy-in would be better but its scary flop with flush/straight poss

you should never fold this since you are indeed crushing his range. I give him something like this assuming he could cold call qq and always 3bets kings.

next line is for villian, but there instead of AA is the hands I think he will have here at least, So it will be underset (maybe, although he would 3bet there tons of times preflop , same with KK) , 2 pair (AK , AQ , KQ) , straight (TJ) and top pair+flushdraw A♠X:spade:

then you have an easy all in.

you raise is bit too big.
a raise to 600 should be good enough.
as played you can NEVER EVER EVER fold on the flop since even if he has JT you have a lot of outs to a full house / quads.
