UTG2 folds, MP1 calls $0.25, 2 folds, Hero raises to $1.25, 4 folds, Hero gets uncalled bet back.

Villain is 39/19 over 40 hands. Is it too loose to squeeze this way?

I think you push too hard here with SSS strategy.
Follow SHC and avoid lose your stack for just 2,5 BB

Please use the correct term Squeezing is this:

What you are doing now is Isolating. With Isolating you need accurate statistics of Villain to get a good and solid picture how to play postflop and beyond.

With QTo on 25NL, I just fold here
