The starting capital can take up to 96 working hours to get to you!!
However you may have recieved an id check in the mail. Please check your inbox and also your junk folder. You should send your id to security@pokerstrategy.com
Also please check your tickets from support, as they may have tried to contact you with a problem or query. You can also contact support this way
