Basic, Nh. Even if he shows a monster, that is bound to happen sometimes. You can cheer up with that thought. If you hold QQ in any position, and you have an opponent with aces. No matter how are your seated, no matter how he's betting or what are his stats (well if he's not an 1/1 player :)), you will end up all in with him.

You just can't fold QQ preflop baring EXTREME cases and surely not to one open raise.
