Ugly flop... you're almost 100% beaten in this case. Check/fold, unless you know he's fishy.

This is just me but I would fold this hand preflop, raise and 2 callers its almost allways AA or KK, and for the flop why do you check? its best to bet if he reraise u fold.

Scared money much? If you're really folding Queens when someone raises & gets 2 callers you should just start folding any two cards and stick to playing your Aces.

Your pre-flop 3bet could be slightly bigger. 3bet oop: x3.5 + 1 for every caller, so 30c x 5.5 = $1.65 here.

On the flop: You 3bet, he called. His range is pretty much TT+ & AJ+ (probably even tighter). All of these hands litterly have you crushed. This is about the worst flop you could ever imagine with your Queens. So just check/fold and wait for a better spot.

Against unknowns i'm playing QQ the same way preflop, if MP1 is somewhat loose he could very well have some trashy Ax or a lower pocket pair, and for all you know at this point MP2 MP3 could be huge calling stations.

On the flop c/shoving is the worst option imo, followed closely by bet/call. I'd also give it up unless i knew MP1 was a fish, and so far his play has been decent.

Hope it helps.
