again a pretty stupid move I think...

I had quite some outs, but yea i turned my hand into a bluff. He was doubting it, but eventually did call with top pair.

You could bet more on the flop, and 3bet shove against this loose aggressive player. I think he would raise with any T, top pair or hearts here.

they would often c/r with top pair, so i think you have some fold equity+ overall good equity if you´re going to 3-bet flop to 2$ and then calling shove or shoving turn
I would likely just call turn bet and evaluate river, considering shoving if he checks to me.
