Hi,

I'd blockbet/fold 12-13$ against fish.
Because you are just splitting with most Ax, and you could be dead as well.

Since we assume he's a fish and we don't have any reads I also like to blockbet rather than c/c.
We have no idea about his bluffingfrequency so it could easily be a -EV c/c, and furthermore we could even miss out on some value by checking.

As played I'd c/f. An overbet is a good hand the vast majority of the time.
