shove flop or just call and evaluate turn ur raise is too small imo and there are enough $$$ in pot(2400) to take it down if all fold on flop

but i go for shove preflop in 1$ mtt cos imo people r opening with all kind of shit

Nothing more to say. The stack sizes are suitable for a preflop push, on the flop you need to push at the latest.
as played i dont really see you ahead against 2 players on the river ever, but it clearly sucks to fold, given such odds in a 1$ mtt.
So just dont get yourself in such nasty spots and ship it earlier.
