I don´t like openshoving for 20BB in this spot, even after a limper. This makes your hand pretty face up and you isolate yourself against better hands and flips.
I prefer a raise to 700-1000 and call when someone pushes. That way you still go broke against monsters, but you are way ahead against every hand, someone might see foldequity with, like small pockets, suited connecturs and some aces.
