That depends. What handrange do you give your opponent after calling your 3bet oop and c/c the flop?

Your Play is fine. At the turn you could think about checking behind because there are not that many hands that can call your bet and you doesn't have to be frightened about a lot of river cards.

It's fine against everybody except the nittiest nits.

If you check back the turn you won't be able to justify folding the river ever, so you'll get stacked by better hands anyway but you might lose value from worse hands, like if the river comes the Ts or something, 1/ you might not feel good valuebetting 2/ even if you do valuebet, villain might not feel like calling it off with Qx anymore when 98/spades get there.
