Pictures: Just above where you are typing there is a square box under the size tab which looks like mountains and sun/moon above it with a arrow on the side.
Click on that and copy/paste the url into that

Videos: ATM AFSIK PS.com only support youtube videos. So same deal with the pictures. Click ont he square box next to the picture box and copy/paste url.

haha mate, no worries - basically, you've got the symbols above the text field - one representing a painting of mountains. That is used for implementing pictures. Alternatively, you can simply use the following code:

[img] http://www.pokerstrategy.com/image/logo_community.png [/img]

The result will look like this:

For Youtube, just use the URL of the video and use the following code:

[youtube] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=muTMLuGWrp8&feature=aso [/youtube]
