Hi,

I earned around 65 PartyPoints in October, but I have only >50 StrategyPoints so far. As far as I know, I should have 65 x 1.75 = 113 StrategyPoints, which give me at least a silver status now. Please note that these PartyPoints were accumulated before 31 Oct.

For your reference, I send you a screenshot of my PartyPoint statement:

Hi mate,

unfortunately, I couldn't find anything wrong from first glance. Please send a ticket to customer support and provide them with all information - they should be able to help
