do you make the 2/3pot bet or check ?

According to the instructions, make the cbet. If it takes more than 2/3 your remaining stack, just go all in.
But this only counts in a Heads Up Situation. 
Against 2 Opponents or more I would reconsider and decide depending on the position of my opponents, the structure of the board, the fold equity I might have against their calling range on that board and my outs, if I get called.
