I have tried to enter account name in the area stated on the form but it will not let me type there?

ive been waiting forever too i waited about 3 weeks then deposited on partypoker then pokerstrategy said they couldent send me the 50$ because i deposited this place is a joke its been like almost 2 months since ive completed the quiz and i only had the partypoker that was availble for the 50$ and they keep telling me too create and account on william hill or fulltilt im like i allready got accounts on them all...so what do they say too me then...they send me another email you can choose 1 of the other poker rooms for your 50$ these people are not even reading what i send them...anyways i gave up on my 50$ they dont listen too anything i say here.
