0.3 AF .. He is a slowplay donkey and will slowplay his straight or 2pair even on this board. That said, I look him up nevertheless because Top2 is counterfeited and your bet and his raise is small.

You should bet/fold on the turn.
There are a lot of cards, that you don´t like (spade/7/J/A).
If he raises on this board you have an easy fold, because he represents the straight or 2pair.

as played i like b/f river. But your bet should be like 35-40$

I would bet bigger on flop (~20). check on the turn is ok too I think against villain with such low AF as your hand still has some showdown value and you want to get there as cheap as possible. Against aggressive villain bet/fold turn seems better option to me. Maybe a blockbet would be the best on river, and calling if he minraises.

hmm i think you are wrong:

against a passiv villian b/f is perfect:
- if he raises you will never fold a winner
- he calls with a lot of worser Hand (draws/every T/kombo draws)
- protection

against a aggressiv villian is b/f more problematical:
- he will ofter semi bluff/pure bluff => often, you will fold a winning Hand
