Next tranche, I guess they're mostly obvious but anyway:

i.

Full Tilt Poker $0.02/$0.05 Pot Limit Omaha Hi - 6 players

SB: $5.94
BB: $5.00
UTG: $9.50
MP: $4.36
CO: $5.30
Hero (BTN): $5.00

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is BTN with A♠ J♥ A♣ 4♦
UTG calls $0.05, MP calls $0.05, 1 fold, Hero ?

Prolly an LDO answer, but are we raising pretty much any AA** on the BTN, including raggy ones like this?

ii.

Full Tilt Poker $0.02/$0.05 Pot Limit Omaha Hi - 6 players

CO: $4.22
Hero (BTN): $5.00
SB: $3.16
BB: $1.71
UTG: $3.40
MP: $7.80

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is BTN with 9♥ K♦ 8♣ 8♥
UTG calls $0.05, MP calls $0.05, CO calls $0.05, Hero?

With some connectivity and a pair higher than 77 (as per PS.com preflop article) are we fine to call here? What if we were in earlier position facing one limper?

MP: $1.67
Hero (CO): $9.79
BTN: $6.76
SB: $5.02
BB: $5.00
UTG: $5.30

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is CO with 9♣ 6♣ 8♦ 7♥
1 fold, MP calls $0.05, Hero?

Nice hand so iso raise is standard from any position outside of blinds (or including blinds?)?

iv.

Full Tilt Poker $0.02/$0.05 Pot Limit Omaha Hi - 6 players

CO: $3.52
Hero (BTN): $5.00
SB: $3.48
BB: $2.07
UTG: $4.23
MP: $11.51

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is BTN with T♣ A♣ T♥ 6♦
UTG calls $0.05, 1 fold, CO calls $0.05, Hero?

Pair plus a suited A good enough to call ip?

Hand 1: Nothing wrong with limping along imo. No-one will put you on aces limping the button so you might get some action on the flop if you hit. :f_biggrin:

Hand 2: Against 4 opponents (3 limpers and big blind) we have 21% equity assuming all limpers are playing the top 75% of their range and the big blind is 100% range

So this is a completely EV neutral play really. You have a slight edge because you're in position, so I think calling is marginally fine so long as you are sure the small blind or big blind wont raise.
If either SB or BB has a raise out of the blinds % higher than 5, then it's a fold. :f_biggrin:

Hand 3: You almost have the preflop nuts (it's not double suited) but even so , raise from any position and sometimes 3 bet from any position as well so that you have a 3 bet range that isn't just aces and kings. :f_biggrin:
Be very happy if you end up allin preflop in a 3 way shove holding 6789 suited imo :f_cool:

Hand 4:

You have 26.5% equity 4 ways with ATT6s against 2 opponents playing 50% of hands and 1 opponent in the BB playing 100%

This again is marginally neutral EV (After the rake) but since you are in position it's an absolutely fine limp behind. :f_biggrin:

Remember though, these EV neutral hands should not be played out of position. This is button or cut off only. :f_grin:

Cool! Thanks for the help. :f_thumbsup:

Sorry if it's mentioned somewhere obvious, but I haven't yet come across a way of determining what hands are in what part of a range (other than having seen somewhere the top 10% or 15% of hands are all double suited, high paired, rundown type hands - nice and specific I know :f_eek: ).

What criteria do we use to define top 50%/25% of a villain's range? So say villain has a 65/5 preflop range (microstakes FTW). What is villain's top 50% and top 25%?

When the time is right, I will explain in a video, but for now, I don't have 16 hours free for one post. :f_biggrin:

^^ Thanks Nunki! I've been blind looking at it to date (although I had managed to work out the "Syntax" button at the bottom is a useful thing).

This helps a lot.
