Hi there,
I just installed the elephant and that process went smoothly. Program opens up fine and it has imported all of my hand histories. However, when I start playing cash games no the HUD does not appear. Is there something that I need to activate in order for this to start operating?

Yes I have, I just downloaded it yesterday from the site, along with postgreSLQ 8.3 . I am currently playing on Full Tilt.
I just realized that I never had the opportunity to get the machine code while setting up elephant, could this be an issue and where do I find this. Other than the HUD running at the tables it seems all other functions are working properly...as far I as can tell.
Checked the machine code and license and it appears that it was inserted and license was generated automatically? though im not sure how, not that it matters I guess.
Do you get the small black table average window?

So it worked for the first time in a ring cash game, though it wont work for rush, but it still wont for tournies (which i prefer). Here is the logfile for a $1 rebuy on FTP:

I am getting the black box where the table average/my stats should be, but with no stats in it.
We currently do not support a HUD with Tourneys/Sngs. This part is still in developement.
As long as it works on cashgame tables, everything should be okay
