I don´t know how to import hand pokertracker to Texas Grabem. So I used this:

Reraise always a bad sign. At least stop, and reconsider. 7 completes even a str8. A weak player can limp with A7, call the turn even with kicker bad as 7, than river helped him.
On river a reraise is a very bad sign.
Of course that line and the way he played it most likely looks like Two Pair here for me, but unfortunally you have to call. A set would have betted on the flop or have re-raised you on the Turn.
