In theory, against a good, aggressive player, calling the push is fine. However, a player who has been 30/13 earlier in the tournament probably isn't a good, aggressive player. He seems passive and that he likes to see flops with mediocre hands. He probably is not pushing with a range close to wide enough to call since you aren't getting good odds and A4s does not do well against a tighter range. You need the BB to be pushing with a range wider than any pair, any ace, any broadway in order to call, since A4s only has 45% equity against that range.
If the BB has been restealing often, and has been making large raises from his buttons, then you can call.
