The standard preflop raise here would be 180 (3BB+1 per limper), I'm not averse to making it 150 tbh. 250 is way too much.

As played on the flop you have the positional advantage and a terrible flop for cbetting so I'd just check behind here.

After he checkraises I think you don't get the odds to call so the fold is good.

What viewer88 said about preflop.

Postflop we should either be betting with the intention of snapping off a "bluff" from ace high, or checking behind. Bet/folding makes no sense

I don't know why I bet so much pre, standard is 3+1BB for me too=)
But I really didn't know how to play it postflop.

ok cool, just remember as stacksizes get shallower and shallower compared to the size of the pot, strengths of hands preflop go up in value as well as strengths of hands postflop. so, especially ons uch a dry board, our AK high is worth quite a bit
