I know sometimes it can take a few days to update but i have not had any strategy points for 6 days now.
Any chance this can be addressed?

from which room are you expecting the points? Because I can't see anything wrong in the system from first glance.

We have received the points from Mansion, but according to the system the last time you earned SP there was on Oct 20th - that's very odd.
Please submit a ticket to our customer support, they will be able to look further into the issue and possibly escalate to Mansion.
