I was really unconfortable playing OOP, especially after he calls my cbet. There is value in bet 3 streets? How should I play the river?

Thoughts...
Easy read and never stealing from here, very rarely plays OOP PF, big hand always.
I raised flop to see if he had AQ/AK etc or big pp. His call confirms my guess...95% sure it's QQ+. How to get it AI? Normally I just hammer it and if they fold so be it.
But, I often raise flush draws like this on flop and he prob knows this .
Turn I act weak like I missed to keep him sweet. He will fold to too much action on this board. His chk/c turn is good as he will likely chk/c riv for SD now. His riv check was expected, he wants me to bluff at it, so I oblige.

Question:
Is this play worth the effort this level? I was trying to emulate somnius after watching his vid about pot-to-stack-ratios and it seemed a good spot to give it a go. Somnius was playing $300/$600 6 max though!
