Without reads I think I'd fold the river to be honest, what worse hands do you think he will turn up with, he's not going to be value betting QT. His value betting range on the river is probably AQ, flush, KK+ maybe 45s/A4s. Unless he's super spewy he has to imagine you have something if your c/c F + T. Also his bet sizing just looks to me like a value bet.

Preflop is close, you could just 3bet it - against a nit I'd expect to have a lot of foldequity and your hand plays well even if he calls.

Since we don't have reads we could even c/f the turn, this completely depends on the assumptions you make.
But I'd c/f the river for sure because only very few people on NL100 are capable of 3barreling with air and this is even a bad spot to do it because no overs hit the board and even the flush got there.
