I just 3b this preflop because u can find urself oop in a mw pot.
Flop - why donk? What worst hand calls here except fd and which better hand folds to ur bet. You can go for c/c or c/f depends on ur opponents, again ugly spot cuz ur oop. I lean twards c/f.
Turn - u have the 3rd nuts on turn, so I really don`t know what is best here. But I guess since leading flop, keeping iniciative on turn and than maybe ch/r river to induce is fine cuz u make it look like a busted draw or smth. Again there are very little worse hands that pay you off and maybe slowplay (A9 maybe, doubt he would slowplay 89, 9T or AK in a 3way pot).
River - I really have no idea, I have a hard time imagining that a reg on nl100 plays AK, 89 or T9 this way maybe A9 but that is about it. He wouldn`t call QQ on two barrels in mw pot probably. So I am ch/c river against a reg. Random or fish I go broke.

In a vacuum, I 3b pre for the reasons Gregor gave. Why give BU/BB cheap price to out flop you?
I also don't see much benefit in leading here. No Ax is folding; but many worse hands we could get value from might.
I would definitely bet more on the turn since you want to get Allin and you and BU are both deep (hes not folding 9x nor strong Ax on the turn) so I would get more money in before the flush comes and scares people. Something like $16-$17 should be fine.
River is kind of gross. We lose to 99, AA and that's it. I don't want to ch/c here as I definitely think there is value to be hand vs 9x and AK (not many combos). I think you may have to call (without reads on BU) because your failure to 3b pre means he will have a tough time putting you on KK in this spot and therefore may well see A9 as the nuts. If you have some information about how nitty BU is, then maybe you can bet/fold.

Again I totally agree. I agree with Tim on this one: He either has Ax and has already decided to call or fold, or he has 9x and will call anyway - so we should make it bigger for value. I feel like I'm missing something here - we're only beat by 99 and AA, aren't we?
They make up for 1+3 = 4 combinations of hands - and there are a lot of 9x in his range (not to mention the times he randomly spazzes out with a busted draw etc.).

Bleeeah.. yeah I totally agree with you on turn and river. Somehow I switched to a 3b pot pf when I was thinking about the hand. In this case it is a easy play as u mentioned.
But if it was 3b pf we are probably beat most of the time especially vs nit tag regs, I don`t think we get enough value from 9x and random bluffs in a long run to make bet call +ev, specially not on fr stars dynamics. Do you agree?

I'd still not be able to fold it.
There are still only 4 combos of {AA,99} but he already has 3 combos of AK and potentially 4 of {T9s, 98s}. If he's ever spazzing out with something like AQ it's massively +EV to bet/call the turn (or shove the river in case he calls the turn).
And also the pot would be a lot bigger:
If we 3bet I think we'll be commited by the turn.
Let's say we make it 8 preflop, there are 16 in the pot. We cbet 12, there are 40 in the pot on the turn.
We bet 27, so there are 80 left and the pot is 94 on the river.
We have to shove it for value imo.
