Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

[tg]BB (Hero)$2060.00:///////;UTG$1840.00:///////;UTG1$2000.00:///////;UTG2$1850.00:///////;MP1$2240.00:///////;MP2$2520.00:///////;MP3$1940.00:///////;CO$1650.00:///////;BU$1940.00:///////;BB$1960.00:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is BB with J:c, J:d.
2 folds, UTG2 calls $40.00, MP1 folds, MP2 calls $40.00, MP3 folds, CO calls $40.00, BU folds, BB calls $20.00, Hero raises to $160.00, UTG2 calls $160.00, MP2 calls $160.00, CO calls $160.00, BB folds.

Flop: ($780) A:d, 4:c, K:h (4 players)
Hero checks, UTG2 checks, MP2 bets $240.00, CO folds, Hero folds, UTG2 folds, MP2 gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $780.

I guess that in a raised pot with another 3 players involved I have to fold JJ with two overcards on the flop. My question is: should I have just checked preflop and wait to see if there were overcards on the flop (or even if my hand improved) or it is alright to raise 5xBB in this spot?

I'm maybe getting too tired.. but I feel like I would check here and play JJ for set value? :O :f_biggrin:

as played flop is an easy check/fold with two overcards and bunch of fishes

7x pre-flop

as played looks fine
