Hands? Have a feeling it is a really small sz?

I would b/f river(1/3). He never shoves anything worse and it is kinda optimistic to expect induced bluff with that check on river.

Bet $13 on the flop for value+protection, on the turn as played make it $26.
As played on the river I c/f.
There are usually no more floats in his range, all the straightdraws got there and additionally QQ+ are unlikely because they'd shove the turn (if he had QQ+ we could try to him to fold those by shoving).

The most likely hands for him are 98 and 87. And yes, he should definitely shove 98 for value because our range is so much weighted towards overpairs ;).

Check-calling river is really bad because he doesn't have bluffs in his range and TT (and other worse hands with SD-value) are just going to check back, so we lose close to 100% of the time.
