Looks pretty standard. You could even isolate this guy pre hes that loose. But the call is fine too (that way you're not committed if he ships)

with vpip 40% he has a wide enough range for you to go broke for 25bb (KT/K9 etc) imo.

I also lead this flop since we dont want to give free cards. You could check/call turn but I prefer to bet since we dont want him to ch/b and then have difficult decision on :club: river if we check and he bets.

I´d also call pf, since KJ is ahead his range, but you don´t really want to 3-bet and play for stacks, so just call is also fine
And after hitting tp hand then betting flop and putting him all-in seems fine
