I wanted to call his push preflop or push any flop....good line?
should I make it 400 pre to get a higher pot?

These guys tend to call if we 3bet small, which sucks if we miss, so I just shove pre

your 3bet size is perfect. NH WP

shoving is a bit risky because we risk 30BBs against the BB who might wake up with a hand, and we can easily 3bet/fold against a BB 4bet shove.
